• Viewings are organised and accompanied by ourselves.
• Tenants are fully referenced before occupying property.
• Loss of rent and legal cover warranty available.

• Preparation of Inventories
• Prepare tenancy agreement
• Check tenants into property, transferring utilities and taking meter readings
• Rent is collected by us and paid directly into your bank account monthly
• Tax calculations and payments for overseas landlords.
• Gas, electric safety certificates and annual reminders
• Properties are inspected every three months
• New legislation requires all properties advertised for letting from October 2008, to supply Energy Performance Certificates. We have this service all in place at a very competitive rate. We are happy to advise new or existing landlords about this new legislation.
